At Travel in My Footsteps, we are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences tailored to your preferences. Please note that, due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on trips booked. We strive to ensure your journey meets and exceeds expectations, and our team is available to address any concerns you may have during your travels.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Given the unique nature of personalized travel experiences, our services are considered non-returnable. We do not accept returns on trips, as each itinerary is crafted to meet your specific preferences and requirements.

Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales of discounted packages or gift cards are final.

Refund Process: As we do not offer refunds on trips booked, the refund process primarily applies to any merchandise or additional services purchased separately from the travel package. If you have concerns or issues with any such items, please follow the steps outlined below:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package.

  3. Exceptions: Certain items, such as custom products or personalized items, cannot be returned. If you have questions about the return eligibility of a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

  4. Refund Notification: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
